The inspiration for my work comes primarily from the landscape, the mythology and folklore which surround it and the animals and individuals, real and imaginary which inhabit it. The pictures tell a tale, they are a complex image from which the characters emerge sometimes appearing docile, sometimes not. Other work is more orientated towards animals, primarily hounds, hares and fish.
